We offer an array of payment options for our shoppers so don't be stressed if you don't have a credit card.

zobber.com accommodates restaurants, convenience stores, florists, pharmacies, fast food outlets, gift shops, music shops, confectioneries, bakeries, butcheries, computer shops and basically any business that offers products that sell on reoccurring basis.

Are you looking for a full-time job or some extra cash? Do you like driving around in your car, listening to your own music? Do you like taking your scooter/motorcycle/bicycle out for a drive? If the answer is yes and you live in one of the active zobber.com communities, zobber.com is for you.

We offer our registered shoppers three methods of payment.
1. Credit cards - We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card details (name on card, number, expiry date and last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card) will be requested. Credit card details will not be stored, unless you request otherwise (transactions go much faster when your details are saved). zobber.com guarantees safe credit card transactions. If your credit card authorisation fails this simply means that you have insufficient funds available or the card has expired.
2. Prepaid Zobber vouchers - Registered Zobber.com users can load pre-paid vouchers on their account. These vouchers can then be used to pay for your orders. The prepaid vouchers can be uploaded by EFT, direct bank deposit, credit card or cash deposit (at zobber.com Vendors).
3. Cash on delivery - We also included this option for users that are not comfortable with online payments. Cash will be handed over to the Delivery Agent the Delivery Agent will request a conformation pin from you in order to complete the transaction. The cash on delivery option will be limited to R500.00 per order. The limit is set in place to minimize the risk of our Delivery Agents.

Once a month Zobber.com will deposit the entire Vendor's accumulated funds into their specified bank account. A vendor may request an earlier deposit however an additional fee will be charged in this case.

Delivery Agents do not receive a salary but instead are compensated with a tip, Zobber.com calculates a recommended tip (The tip is based on a per kilometre fee which will cover your vehicles wear & tear as well as your fuel costs also included in the calculation is a service fee which compensates for the work done). The Shopper may include this tip in his/her overall basket, in this case the tip portion is paid straight into the Delivery Agents zobber.com account and zobber.com will deposit the accumulated funds into the Delivery Agents' bank account at the end of each month. As a Delivery Agent you have one additional withdraw request per month as well. The Shopper can also decide to pay the Delivery Agent in cash, in this case the Delivery Agent will receive his/her compensation as soon as the delivery has been made.
Click on "My account" located on the top right of your browser. Click on "Credit your account", the following page will ask you how much you would like to deposit (Unfortunately we have a minimum deposit amount of R100.00 (ZAR)). Following this step you must select from three different options: EFT, direct bank deposit or credit card. The credit card option is instantaneous and you will see your credits increase immediately. If you select EFT, zobber will provide you with a unique reference number and the zobber.com bank details. You then need to go to your online banking website and execute the EFT with your unique reference number. Your credits will be updated as soon as the payment is cleared on the zobber.com bank account. Please ensure that you deposit the same amount you selected during the previous step (The unique reference number is linked to the amount you selected, if the amount differs your deposit will be paid back into your account). The direct bank deposit is similar to the EFT option, the only difference is that you need to go to a bank and make a direct deposit with your unique reference number. The last option to load pre-paid vouchers is to locate a registered zobber.com Vendor. You can deposit cash straight into your account with one of these Vendors. Once the deposit has been made you will receive a conformation sms.
Please note: Because this is a voucher system it means that your funds will never expire but you cannot withdraw the funds after it has been deposited.
zobber.com charges a service fee against all transactions except when a user uses pre-paid Zobber vouchers to pay for an order (A service fee was already paid during the purchase of vouchers). The service fee is put in place to cover all administrative duties taking place during transactions. The service fee is exactly the same for all transaction types (EFT, direct bank deposit, cash deposit, cash on delivery and credit card).
zobber.com does not charge a delivery fee, however our delivery agents are self employed and depend on your tip for a living. The delivery agent's recommended tip is calculated based on a per kilometre tariff (this covers the delivery agent's vehicle's wear & tear and fuel) as well as a pure service fee (for the work done). As a shopper you have the option to include the tip with your basket at checkout (The tip portion of the order is then paid straight into the delivery agent's zobber.com account) otherwise you can tip the delivery agent at your door
In order for you to become a registered Vendor on zobber.com you will need to have a few things in place:
1. A desktop or laptop permanently connected to the internet at your shop (This requirement is necessary so that a person at the shop can accept and process zobber.com orders). The laptop/desktop must also have working speakers.
2. A computer/internet literate person too update your online shop (Add/remove items, update prices and edit shop details)
3. Shipping friendly packaging for your items
4. Products or services that you can sell over the internet

The only thing a shopper has to do is make sure that he/she is at the delivery address.

Vendors will receive new orders through their internet web browser (The main reason why shops must have a laptop or desktop permanently connected to the internet). It is very important that a vendor must have their zobber.com orders page open at all times. As soon as a new order comes through an alarm will sound (on your desktop/laptop), this is to alert the person responsible for accepting zobber.com orders. The person who is responsible for the zobber.com orders must then accept the new order and he/she must also enter the estimated time the order will take to be prepared. As soon as the order is complete the responsible person must also indicate it on the browser. If an order is not accepted another two alarms will sound, if the order is not accepted after three alarms zobber.com will send the shop a pre-recorded voice message asking the shop to accept the order. If all attempts fail, the order with the particular Vendor will be cancelled and the Shopper informed.
